We are officially into Day 28 of our 28 Day LIVE Training Session and I couldn’t be more excited having you be a part of it. If you missed Day 1, no worries, simply go back and start at the beginning. Don’t feel you have to rush through the day(s) missed, take your time and get it done.

Today marks the completion of our 28 day program. The past 28 days there has been consistency in your life and you did have to make any decisions on what you were going to do for fitness. All you had to do was show up. You didn’t have to show up at any particular time because this program is designed around your own personal schedule. For many of us this is exactly what we need, we need direction, accountability and guidance from someone who knows where we are going and know there is light at the end of the tunnel. There is a lot of comfort hiring a coach and mentor. It doesn’t take away the hard work that we need to put in but there is a safety net feeling that all will be ok because I am with someone with experience and specific knowledge in the area we currently need.

Knowing what your direction you will be going after this program is really important because the lazy part of us tells us to, “take a break”, “you deserve time off” or whatever that mediocre voice in your head says. It is true that you did put in a lot of hard work and that you deserve a “hi-five!” Fulfilling what you said what you were going to do is a HUGE thing! However, it is not productive to stay too long in celebration mode. It’s just like goal attaining like we have talked about before. Once you attain a goal, go create a new one and start the process.

As we close this program together know that all goals require patience and with patience you will be so far ahead of the game compared to many people. Many people do not achieve their goals because most goals take time. If someone has a weight loss goal and they do not see the results right away, they sometimes quit because their patience runs out. So as you continue to pursue your goals, stay patient and hungry.

Our Daily 3 Pillars:
– Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (hight intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck. Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
– Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude. This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
– Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development. This is you investing in you. Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book (I’ll list a few of my favorites below).
