We are officially into Day 25 of our 28 Day LIVE Training Session and I couldn’t be more excited having you be a part of it.  If you missed Day 1, no worries, simply go back and start at the beginning.  Don’t feel you have to rush through the day(s) missed, take your time and get it done.

 Going through life as a ONE man/woman army is not what we were designed for.  We were designed to be in relationship with other people and were designed to rely and have people rely on us.  Too many times, there is a belief lived out that we don’t need others because WE can do it all.  When someone tells me this is how they live their life, I challenge their belief by asking them one question, “If you can do life ALL on your own, then why do you have the desire to be loved, accepted and wanted?”

One of the main reasons I own 2 gyms is because there is a great enough need for community and accountability.  I have said this before but, anyone can workout by themselves, anyone can find a workout online then do it and anyone can lose 100 pounds on their own, but, that’s no fun at all!
.
Going through life solo is no fun!  I personally went through a time in my life where it was just myself and my son.  There were no friends around me, nothing.  It was such a lonely time in my life.  In the big picture it was really good for me because prior this I did not like being alone.  What this taught me was to be comfortable being by myself, but after that lesson, I knew I needed to be around people.  I actually really craved it.  My personal lesson was knowing there is a healthy balance between both extremes.

Building relationships are really hard.  Getting to really know someone is kind of a foreign thing now days but it’s not impossible.  This is a great reason to join a group program.  There are like minded people in the same group, doing the same hard workouts and in turn this creates a bond.  So again, great job joining the 28 day program!

Our Daily 3 Pillars:

Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (hight intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck.  Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude.  This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development.  This is you investing in you.  Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book (I’ll list a few of my favorites below).

EMOM for 15 minutes (3 rounds)

Minute1: 7-15 Push-ups

Minute 2: 20-30 Jumping Jacks

Minute 3: 10-20 Sit-ups

Minute 4: 8-12 Lunges

Minute 5: 45 second Plank hold
