We are officially into Day 25 of our 28 Day LIVE Training Session and I couldn’t be more excited having you be a part of it.  If you missed Day 1, no worries, simply go back and start at the beginning.  Don’t feel you have to rush through the day(s) missed, take your time and get it done.

 Do you find yourself comparing yourself to others?  I’m pretty we can all raise our hand on this one.  Either this is you currently or you in the past but we call all agree that we are guilty at some point.  Worry about what other people HAVE, are DOING, WEARING, DRIVING or just overall who THEY are, is such a waste of time.  Think about all the great things you could be doing or be if you stopped worrying about others.  You would be more bold, more risky and the best part, more happy.  More happy because you would be less stressed..

When we stay in our lane and stay focused on US, we are more productive and more creative.  If you are worried about the latest trend, the newest look, the “right” thing to say or do, you are using more energy on worrying than being inventive and creative.  The people who are ahead of the game are not worried about you, they aren’t worried someone if going to take their idea or just flat mimic what they are doing.  The reason why they aren’t worried is because 1) They are so focused on their things that you are the last thought 2) Even if you did copy them, you will never replicate their idea because you will never be them and 3) They are so confident in themselves they are not worries about what others are doing or not doing around them.  They trust their gut.

So where are you at this subject?  Are you worried about what others are doing or are you focused on you? No matter where you currently are at with this, the key is to be confident where you are at.  When you are confident, you in turn become your own person.  You develop your own style.  Your stress levels drop.  You become who YOU have always been designed to be.  In the beginning, we do have mentors, childhood super stars or just someone who we look up to.  This is great and perfectly fine,  but just as a little bird, we must fly the coup and become our own bird.  We now get to be someone else’s mentor.  But before we do that, we MUST learn to fully trust our style and way of doing things.

As you move forward, KNOW that:

1) YOU have everything it takes to WIN!
2) YOU are incredibly awesome just as you are!
3) YOU are designed to do great things!

.

Sometimes we get so wrapped up in what we don’t have, that we forget to look around us and see ALL that we do have!.

.

The more we love US, the more we stop stressing about others.

.

Our Daily 3 Pillars:

Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (hight intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck.  Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude.  This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development.  This is you investing in you.  Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book (I’ll list a few of my favorites below).
