We are officially into Day 22 of our 28 Day LIVE Training Session and I couldn’t be more excited having you be a part of it.  If you missed Day 1, no worries, simply go back and start at the beginning.  Don’t feel you have to rush through the day(s) missed, take your time and get it done.

 Too many times we see our value at our current status.  Whether we are in a good place not a good place, we determine our current value.  This is very scary thing to do because if you have been around the block a few times, you know that the winds of life sometimes comes in burst or sometimes are very calm.  Meaning,  there are some rough times and some times where everything is going exactly to plan.  So we need to be very careful in both of these circumstances.

Since we are all on this fitness journey together, I am going to talk in fitness examples.  There is a reason why you are here, it may be weight loss, mindset or for your overall health.  The point is, we are here for a purpose.  Knowing we have goals, where ever we are with our health, we will not be here forever because our goal daily is to be better than the day before.  To be better than we were the day before, there is ONE thing we MUST do before moving forward.

This ONE thing is so important and is so easily missed because it may seem very little.  I say very little because in the beginning of this journey the person you are right now may or may not be your favorite person right now.  The person you are right now, may be the person you despise the most.  All you can focus on is not being the person you are today because you dislike yourself.  You may be in a place where you haven’t taken care of yourself like you have wanted to, you have had a lot of wrong things occur in your life or possibly you have been self sabotaging yourself for so long that you want to get away from who you are so fast.   Is this resonating with you?

If you want to achieve all dreams and goals, the first thing you MUST do is embrace the person you are today!  Yeah, I’m 100% serious on this one!  You must love who you are inside and out.  You don’t have to love the things you have been through but you MUST see yourself as one of the biggest badasses you know and acknowledge it.  You are a baddass, you are an incredible person who has been through the ups and down, but for a purpose.  You were meant to impact the people around you and help the ones who need help.  But, you MUST love yourself first because after that, others can love you also.  When we are so wrapped up in ourselves and the negativeness, there is zero room for others.  When there is zero room for others, there is zero room for growth.

So, how do I start loving myself? 

.
1) Start spending more 1:1 time with yourself doing constructive things.
2) Start journaling on a daily basis ALL the things you are good at and grateful for.
3) Every time you see yourself in the mirror or reflection, give yourself a “high-five” and tell yourself, “I love you!” and “You are a badass/awesome!”
4) Write yourself a love letter telling yourself why you are so into yourself
5) Write a letter to your past negativeness and say good bye.  This doesn’t mean those things don’t come back but when they do, and believe they will, you remind yourself that you said “good bye” already and then you remind yourself of how awesome you and badass!

Our Daily 3 Pillars:

Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (hight intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck.  Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude.  This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development.  This is you investing in you.  Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book (I’ll list a few of my favorites below).
