Congratulation on completing Day 19!

Welcome to Day 20.

.
We are officially into Day 20 of our 28 Day LIVE Training Session and I couldn’t be more excited having you be a part of it.  If you missed Day 1, no worries, simply go back and start at the beginning.  Don’t feel you have to rush through the day(s) missed, take your time and get it done.

Today’s quote:

.

“So many people stop at the 1 yard line.” – Les Brown

 .
Every day you have been getting emails/blog posts from me and my hope is that your motivation is doing nothing but growing.  Growing with a huge passion for yourself, for your overall health, for your family and for the people around you.  Without a doubt you should already be seeing change in you, whether is physically, mentally or habitually.   Whatever changes you have notices I highly encourage you to document them, every single one of them.
.
Documenting your goals, your achievements and over life is so important.  Our lives are just like a news paper.  When it is documented (pictures, journaling or videos) you can then go back and look, read or watch the things you have been doing.  That is why social media is so awesome.  Not only can you share all your incredible memories but you can also go back and relive them.  This is just as important regarding any health goals you may have.  When you document you then remember how far you have come since starting your fitness journey.
.
When we don’t track what we do, its hard to remember what we did.  What workout we did last Tuesday and how much weight were we using or were we just doing body weight exercises.  This is the same regarding physical changes.  When we take measurement, weight ourself, take before photos, we then know where we are starting at.  My big thing I tell all my athletes is, “If it’s worth doing, it’s worth tracking.”
.
So many people stop at the 1 yard line, don’t let that be you.  When you are documenting all your successes, it’s really hard to quit when you seeing so much progress.  Also, any progress is better than zero progress and even regressing.
.

Our Daily 3 Pillars:

Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (hight intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck.  Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude.  This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development.  This is you investing in you.  Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book (I’ll list a few of my favorites below).
