Congratulation on completing Day 18!
Welcome to Day 19.
.
We are officially into Day 19 of our 28 Day LIVE Training Session and I couldn’t be more excited having you be a part of it. If you missed Day 1, no worries, simply go back and start at the beginning. Don’t feel you have to rush through the day(s) missed, take your time and get it done.

Today’s quote:
.
“The only person you should try to be better than, is the person you were yesterday.” – Inky Johnson
.
There are so many people who are more worried about what other people are doing that they neglect their own progress. Some of you who are reading this know exactly what I am talking about. You notice your friend working out hard and getting results or your friend who is starting their own business. I personally know I am guilty of this crime. It’s funny when are aren’t feeling super awesome, we stop and start obsessing what others are doing.
.
This is such a crazy thing for us to do. What would make the most sense when we aren’t feeling the most awesome is to stop and reassess why we aren’t feeling awesome and productive, then continue to move forward. If we can understand that the only competition we ever have is with the person we were yesterday, than I firmly believe our distraction factor would decrease.
.
Competing again ourself can turn into a game. Whatever you did the day before, try to out do that. No matter if this is fitness, business, family, etc. The art of never settling is a strong characteristic to have. Instead of focusing on others and stunting your growth, you continue to challenge who you are daily and grow in knowledge and wisdom.
.
A week or so ago we spoke about Inky Johnson quote about not worrying about anyone else grass but yourself. As you start your day, ponder on who you were yesterday and make the decision to either be better than who you were the day before or simply settle. I would highly encourage you to never be the same again.
Our Daily 3 Pillars:
– Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (hight intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck. Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
– Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude. This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
– Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development. This is you investing in you. Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book (I’ll list a few of my favorites below).
