Congratulation on completing Day 16!

Welcome to Day 17.

.
We are officially into Day 16 of our 28 Day LIVE Training Session and I couldn’t be more excited having you be a part of it.  If you missed Day 1, no worries, simply go back and start at the beginning.  Don’t feel you have to rush through the day(s) missed, take your time and get it done.

Today’s quote:

.

“”Forgive yourself for your faults and your mistakes and move on.” – Les Brown

 .
Yesterday is officially gone and today is happening as we speak, so don’t miss it!  Today’s quote for today is  on purpose because as we enter Day 17 there has been 16 days of work that you have put in and you should be proud.  We are over half way through the program and you are changing habits.  Now are you 100% perfect?  Heck no you aren’t and that isn’t the goal.  Our goal is change and growth.  If 17 days ago you wouldn’t stick to any program or follow through on any goals you have made in the past and now you are actually doing something.  That is huge!  Even if you have missed a day or so.  Even if past lazy habits have tried to creep in and possibly won a few days.  You are making an effort!
.
Now that 17 days have pasted and you are closer to the 28 day mark, does that mean you have made it?  Absolutely not!  Even when you complete Day 28 you still will have not have made it.  Whenever we make a goal and then achieve it, we then make another goal, then another, then another and so on.  So even though we have Day 17 in our sights, we still have not right to get over confident about that.  This is why we see someone lose weight and then gain it back.  They stop their drive to take a break.  Then get caught going back to old ways.
.
We spoke about this the other day about addictions and habits.  You have to be 100% in about who and where. you want to be.  You can’t give half effort and expect to change.  You must go 100% and keep your head down if you want to change.  This is in fitness, relationships, school, business and anything in life.  There is no room for half effort if you expect a change.
.
So, as you continue this journey, dig really deep inside of you and determine how bad do you want to achieve your goals and how bad you want a change to occur.  Once we answer these questions, now we have direction!
.
How bad do you want to be different than yesterday?

Our Daily 3 Pillars:

Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (hight intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck.  Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude.  This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development.  This is you investing in you.  Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book (I’ll list a few of my favorites below).
