We are officially into Day 16 of our 28 Day LIVE Training Session and I couldn’t be more excited having you be a part of it.  If you missed Day 1, no worries, simply go back and start at the beginning.  Don’t feel you have to rush through the day(s) missed, take your time and get it done.

 Every day we wake up we are given choices.  We can either work our hardest in all that we do or we can just wait and see how each day will turn out.  There is always the option to be intentional and the option to be passive.  The fact that you are taking this 28 day challenge, that is pure evidence that you are willing to work hard and do what it takes to achieve your goals.
.
Did you know that only 10% of people striving for goals actually achieve them?  There are 2 types of people, ones with goals and ones who don’t even attempt making goals.  If achieving goals were easy everyone would be doing it and getting to where they have always desired, but that is not the case.  Working hard is not easy because it takes effort and it requires drive when we don’t “feel” like it sometimes.  When goals are set, there is a big emotional mind shift and this is what it takes for change to happen.  The real work is taking the first step after the mind shift.

Have you had that emotional mind shift yet?  Is that why you are here?  The ONLY way that these mind shifts stick and momentum continues is by obtaining some version of  “accountability.”  This comes in many forms; workout buddy, personal trainer, joining a boot camp, etc.  This part is key to “hard work” because when we don’t feel like working hard, our accountability partner/group is there to support our weakness.

So, how are you assuring you are going to be successful?  The reason I ask is because I so desire for you to achieve everything you have ever wanted.  I want you to reach your fitness goals, I want you to find that self worth and I want you to discover your self confidence inside and out.

Our Daily 3 Pillars:

Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (hight intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck.  Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude.  This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development.  This is you investing in you.  Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book (I’ll list a few of my favorites below).
