Congratulation on completing Day 13!
Welcome to Day 14.
.
We are officially into Day 14 of our 28 Day LIVE Training Session and I couldn’t be more excited having you be a part of it. If you missed Day 1, no worries, simply go back and start at the beginning. Don’t feel you have to rush through the day(s) missed, take your time and get it done.

Today’s quote:
.
“Avoid being your own enemy” – Eric Thomas
.
How many times do you double do you doubt yourself on a daily basis? How often do you beat yourself up do to your imperfections? The answer is probably on a daily basis, yeah?
.
What tends to happen is we are the first to support our friends or family members when they doubt themselves, we acknowledge all their strengths and we help null their negative talk. So why don’t we do this with ourselves?
.
I firmly believe that when we have an outside perspective, this allows us to see more clearly. This applies for our selves and for others. It’s easier to see others strengths over our own. Why is that? I believe this happens because we all doubt our abilities and all deal with our own head games. We know our insecurities and our areas of confidence. There are exercises we can do that help with our doubt. Before we talk about those, it’s so very crucial to understand that we are living with beliefs from our childhood (subconscious) that highly effect our current status (consciousness). If we grew up believing that we were fat, we deal with today because we believe it’s true.
.
So how do we get past this all?
.
Here are a few exercises on how to retrain our brains/minds from what we pick up as children.
.
1) Write down all the things you know you are good at
2) Daily look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself how awesome you are!
3) Commit to studying/learning something new monthly
4) Post up quotes that make you feel empowered
5) Remind yourself, you are a powerful person.
.
and last, picture yourself as a little boy/girl, what would you say to them when they aren’t feel confident and start to doubt themselves?
.
Go be awesome today and take more steps to what you desire!
Our Daily 3 Pillars:
– Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (hight intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck. Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
– Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude. This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
– Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development. This is you investing in you. Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book (I’ll list a few of my favorites below).
