We are officially into Day 13 of our 28 Day LIVE Training Session and I couldn’t be more excited having you be a part of it. If you missed Day 1, no worries, simply go back and start at the beginning. Don’t feel you have to rush through the day(s) missed, take your time and get it done.

How has your training been going? I would really like to know. The more I can understand if this is helping or not, it allows me to adjust my program. Knowing if you are following a solid program is so important to know. Below I will break down my personal opinion how to identify a program with integrity.

How to identify a quality program
.
1) Do the program have positive reviews and more than just a few reviews?
2) Are there different options for this program or only ONE?
3) Is the program and what it asks of you consistent?
4) Is there a person you can contact to ask questions?
5) Are you able to reach out to actual participants?
.
These are just a few ways I would always encourage any of my friends, family members or athletes to break down the PROS and CONS for any program.

This program you are following has hundreds, if not thousands of people who have followed and achieved incredible results. So, congratulation for taking this leap of faith.

Our Daily 3 Pillars:
– Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (high intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck. Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
– Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude. This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
– Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development. This is you investing in you. Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book
