We are officially into Day 7 of our LIVE Training Sessions and I couldn’t be more excited having you be a part of it.  If you missed Day 1, no worries, simply go back and start at the beginning.  Don’t feel you have to rush through the day(s) missed, take your time and get it done.

Todays topic is a real important one because it has to do with our belief in ourself and moving forward.  I firmly believe YOU are a champion.  There are few reasons why I believe this but my main reason is because you are reading this.  To have gotten to this point be reading my blog you had to jump through a few hoops to get here.  So before I go on with all sincerity, outstanding job, thank you for being here and congratulations on being a champion.

The one thing that separates a champion from a non-champion is they don’t quit, they don’t stop what they are doing because others don’t believe in their vision and because their dream/hope/desires for their future is so strong their focus can not be distracted.  The word champion is thrown around a lot, but to know if you are a true definition of a champion you simply resemble HARD WORK, PATIENCE and a 100% LOVE HEART!

What the last part? Good question, because no matter what comes in the face of a champion they don’t lose their temper, they don’t give up and they compromise the relationships around them to achieve their goals.  This is a hard one, so don’t get me wrong.  To have a LOVING HEART, it require PATIENCE and to have PATIENCE requires HARD WORK.  This trio is require to be present to define a true champion.

How do I become a CHAMPION?

– Be consistent in ALL that you do
– If you say you are going to do something, do it
– ALWAYS trust your gut and have wise counsel around you
– Hold yourself to the highest standard
– Keep your standards with the friends around you
– Work hard even when you are tired
– Discover your dreams, desires and hope and then do not shy away from it

As you are on this fitness journey and a part of our TRIBE, please post encouraging things in our VIP GROUP, encourage others in the group and work our butt off every single day (even when you don’t feel like it).  Results ONLY come with hard work and remember, HARD WORK is that friend who will always pay you back!

Our Daily 3 Pillars:

Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (hight intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck.  Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude.  This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development.  This is you investing in you.  Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book (I’ll list a few of my favorites below).
