Congratulation on completing Day 6!

Welcome to Day 7.

We are officially into Day 7 of our LIVE Training Sessions and I couldn’t be more excited having you be a part of it.  If you missed Day 1, no worries, simply go back and start at the beginning.  Don’t feel you have to rush through the day(s) missed, take your time and get it done.

Does this hit home at all?  Are there things you put off because you think you have time to delay?  What if you changed your way of thinking and viewed everything as important and critical? Now, I’m not saying stress yourself out, but what I’m saying is, be super mindful.
 .
Being intentional is such a powerful thing. When we are intentional about losing that weight, we will lose that weight.  If we are intentional about pursuing our significant other, we will pursue them.  But when we just let our desires and goals float around they will not be obtained until we are serious.  Now, there is a chance to get close to them or even possibly think we achieved our goals but until that is our focus and intention, it won’t fully happen.

As you read this, what are the things that pop into you head that you want to accomplish?  Just let your mind run right now, don’t stop your thoughts because when you think of the HOW you get discouraged.  The HOW will always find it’s way but we must identify the WHAT way before we figure out the HOW.  That is the exciting thing about dreaming, we be still and quiet, then the dreams and desires start flowing.  Normally, the only way we can get to this point of dreaming is by being quiet and allowing ourself dream.  That is why sleeping is so important.  Our body stops and rejuvenates.
 .
For the next 5 to 10 minutes, go grab a cub of coffee, note pad and tuck yourself away in a quiet room.  Turn off everything, phone, computer, tv, music, etc.  Follow the exercise below.

So how do I dream?

– Stop the world around you and be completely still
– Start writing non-stop for 5-10 minutes
– What do you want your life in 3, 5, 10 years to look like (start with in 3 years first)
– What does your life look like, feel like, sound like?
– Who are the people in your life?
– What are you doing for work, hobbies, learning?
– How is your health?  Do you want it to change at all?

This is a fun exercise to do.  Once we stop hoping and dreaming, we slowly start acting our age.

Our Daily 3 Pillars:

Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (hight intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck.  Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude.  This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development.  This is you investing in you.  Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book (I’ll list a few of my favorites below).

– 1 minutes sitting on your heels (actually gluten between your heels)
– 2 minutes Twisted Cross (Left and Right)
– 2 minutes Lizard (Left and Right)
– 2 minutes Pigeon (Left and Right)
– 2 minutes sitting on your heel (glutes between your heels)
