We are officially into Day 6 of our LIVE Training Sessions and I couldn’t be more excited having you be a part of it.  If you missed Day 1, no worries, simply go back and start at the beginning.  Don’t feel you have to rush through the day(s) missed, take your time and get it done.

You are a very unique person who brings a lot to the table.  Do you realize that?  One of the most common things I see in people that I have worked with is a strong misunderstanding of how they are.  There tends to be a belief that they are not unique nor have anything real special about them.  Now, if I was to turn the tables and list off a few of their friends and ask you to tell me the special things about your friends, you would be able to do that in less than 2 minutes.  Why is that?
 .
Who we currently are today and the beliefs we have are directly from our sub-conscious.  How we view money, tattoos, people, etc is 100% from our childhood.  See our subconscious (past) controls everything because it effects our conscious (present).  If we think were told money is so hard to get, then we will believe it’s very hard to get.  If we were told that we can be anything we set out mind to, we will believe we are unstoppable.

See, beliefs set the foundation how we live our life.  Many people I have worked with have had the hardest time with losing weight, an eating disorder (men and women), making it to their personal training session, etc. When we get to the root of any of our issues, it comes down to what we believe.  After expressing their frustrations I then start to get a clear understanding why the people about have not been successful.  Early in their life they were told other people are more important than they are, that they should put others in front of them.  So when it came to weight loss, eating disorders, missed appointments, there was an underlining belief that these issues were not important enough to bring up with their loved ones and confront.  The most common belief that effects more peoples health is that others are more important than they are.  Now I am a firm believer in serving people but not when your health (mentally and physically) is compromised.
 .
Making time for yourself is so KEY!  Setting time in your day to invest in you is one of the most important things you can do for yourself daily.  If you think about it, you invest so much time in other people.  You respond to their texts, email and phone calls.  You serve people in one way or another daily.  Why not invest in you?

So how to do we invest in ourself?

– Schedule a block of time daily for YOU time.
– Schedule 30-60 minutes a day for exercise. (any level of intensity)
– Always be learning.  Whatever you love, learn more about.
– Create a mantra or adopt a quote and live by it. Post it every where you are.
.
You are so worth everything you desire.  STOP ignoring your desires and start pursuing them.  You were designed for greatness, now go be GREAT!
.

Our Daily 3 Pillars:

Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (hight intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck.  Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude.  This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development.  This is you investing in you.  Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book (I’ll list a few of my favorites below).
