We are officially into Day 2 of our LIVE Training Sessions and I couldn’t be more exciting having you be a part of it.  If you missed Day 1, no worries, simply go back and start at the beginning.  Don’t feel you have to rush through the day(s) missed, take your time and get it done.

Today we spoke about how getting up early and making you a priority is so important.  That every day is a choice to choose “self care” over “self sabotage” and to love the process of this all.  It’s not about the weight loss, the strength gain, the cardio or (fill in the blank) but rather the day in and day out grind.  This is what you are choosing to do and I am so proud to have you be apart of this program!
 .
Consistency is the KEY to success in this program and in the same breath the hardest.  For whatever reason, the fact that you have committed to this program, life will try to distract you.  This comes in the forms of spouse, kids, crazy life circumstances and work.  Once you ignore the lie that you are selfish for making yourself a priority, you my friend will sore like the eagles.  You will feel better, look better, love better, handle stress better and be overall better.  When the ones around you who love you acknowledge this is best for you, then they will start to reap the benefits
 .
Along with consistency I wanted to share a resource I gift to all of my athletes and since you are here, you are one of my athletes.  This gift is a FITNESS/NUTRITION TRACKER.  Inside you will find additional bonus training you can do at home and an area to track all your nutrition.  This is not a MUST but I promise you that ALL your results whether achieved or not will all come down to the tracking of your nutrition aka FUEL.

Please read thought entire packet and see what you will be helpful and what is not a priority for you right now.  There is a nutrition area and a fitness area.  The fitness area is simply where you can do some bonus work including a SQUAT program or PUSH-UP program along with some additional bonus workouts.
 .
My whole point is that you are here for a reason and WE are all here to support each other!

Each day our routine will consist of 3 main focus
Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (hight intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck.  Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude.  This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development.  This is you investing in you.  Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book (I’ll list a few of my favorites below).
