We are kicking off our workout journey with each other and I am extremely excited that you are choosing to be a part of this program!

The unique thing about Day 1 is it is the beginning of a change for YOU. Whether you are super active right now or super under active, this is such HUGE step for you.

There are many people that are participating in this program who have different goals from you, but that is what makes this program so unique.
.
If you are doing this program because you are on the road whether for workout or leisure, awesome.
.
If are you wanting to get 30 minutes of “YOU” time because of kids or (fill in blanks), awesome!

If you are here wanting some extra work from your other workouts, awesome!

My whole point is that you are here for a reason and WE are all here to support each other!

Each day our routine will consist of 3 main focus
– Fitness (15 minutes): We will use HIIT (hight intensity interval training) as our vehicle to increase our fitness and get a better bang for our buck. Don’t be surprised when results start showing up faster than normal.
– Quiet time (5 minutes): Some call this meditation, prayer time or times of gratitude. This is where we pause from all the rat racing and allow for peace to enter.
– Personal Investment (10 minutes): Personal development. This is you investing in you. Whether its reading, listening to a podcast, listening or sitting a reading a book (I’ll list a few of my favorites below).
